Someone capable and stuck, waiting to feel ready before doing anything that mattered.
I spent years being the person who had potential and did nothing with it — not from laziness, but from a quiet certainty that I had to feel confident and ready before I could act. So I waited. I over-researched, over-planned, and stayed exactly where I was. The breakthrough came when I finally accepted a simple, annoying truth: readiness never arrives. Confidence is built by moving before you feel ready, in steps small enough that you can't talk yourself out of them.
Once I started coaching myself that way — tiny actions, honest accountability, evidence over affirmations — everything changed, slowly and then quickly. Morning Angel Coaching exists to give other people that process without the years of trial and error it took me to find it.
My clients are capable, thoughtful people who are stuck — not broken. People navigating a transition, rebuilding confidence after a knock, chasing a goal they keep circling, or simply tired of waiting to feel ready. If you're self-aware enough to know you're in your own way, we'll get along.
Warm but direct. I'll never shame you, and I'll also never let you hide behind "I'm just not motivated." We'll find the real block, design the smallest honest step, and build from there. Expect to be challenged kindly and supported genuinely.
I'm a coach, not a therapist. Coaching is powerful for the stuck-but-well, but it is not treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma or any clinical condition. If our work surfaces something that needs a licensed professional, I'll tell you plainly and help you find the right support. Knowing that line is part of doing this responsibly.
